The mayor of the temporarily occupied southern Ukrainian city of Enerhodar Dmytro Orlov has been taken to nearby Zaporizhzhia. He and his team will continue to run the city from there. This was announced in the address by the regional governor Oleksandr Starukh and Orlov himself
