The foreign ministries of Ukraine and Latvia have refuted claims by Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service that Ukraine is allegedly preparing attacks on Russia from Latvian territory, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Heorhii Tykhyi said. He stressed that Ukraine does not use Latvian territory for such purposes.
