The ex-convicts who joined the Third Assault Brigade are already carrying out combat missions, including participating in counteroffensives in the Kharkiv region at the end of August, said Maksym Zhorin, the brigade's deputy commander. Most of the former prisoners have 'proved themselves worthy'.
