On August 17, Lviv bid its final farewell to 30-year-old soldier Ihor Severenchuk, who was killed in Russia's Kursk Oblast. The first Lviv resident to be killed on Russian soil, he is survived by his parents, wife, son, and brother, according to Mayor Andriy Sadovyi.
