On the morning of April 20, Russian troops shelled Vovchansk in Kharkiv region, said Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration. A 60-year-old woman was injured in the enemy attack, and a 50-year-old civilian man was killed in a house.
