Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba is convinced that Germany will provide tanks to Kyiv, but the German government needs time to make such a decision, he said at a joint briefing with German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock in Kyiv, Interfax-Ukraine news agency reports.
