At a hearing on January 23, the Babushkinskyi District Court of Dnipro lifted the preventive measure against the serviceman. Hnezdilov was released directly in the courtroom. According to Radio Liberty, Hnezdilov is to return to service in three days, where he will serve as a UAV operator.
