The Russian army attacked Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast with a kamikaze drone, reported regional governor Serhiy Lysak. Two girls, aged 12 and 13, were injured in the attack and later hospitalized with shrapnel wounds. The children are in moderate condition.
