NATO wants to increase financial aid to Ukraine so that Kyiv is less irritated by Alliance reluctance to talk about Ukraine's accession, The Financial Times reports, citing 4 diplomats. One of them told the FT that NATO is not considering Ukraine's application for membership yet.
