Russians claim that Ukrainian troops allegedly destroyed a bridge over the Seim River in Kursk Oblast. According to them, part of the Glushkovo district is cut off from the rest of the territory controlled by Russian troops, Russian Telegram channels Astra, Baza and Mash report.
