Drones attacked an oil refinery in Kirishi, located in Russia's Leningrad region. Kirishinefteorgsintez (KINEF) is one of Russia's largest oil refineries, with a processing capacity of up to 20 million tonnes per year. The facility produces gasoline, diesel, kerosene, and fuel oil.
