Ukrainian troops have retreated from the Kanal neighborhood in Chasiv Yar, as it is inexpedient to hold it due to the destruction of Ukrainian positions, said Nazar Voloshyn, spokesperson for the Khortytsia operational and strategic grouping of troops.
