In Lviv, people bid farewell to Serhiy Petchenko, a volunteer from Kharkiv Oblast who, despite sustaining severe injuries in 2015 at the start of the full-scale war, returned to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, hromadske's correspondent reports.
