This morning, Russia attacked the cemetery of Kupyansk-Vuzlove in Kharkiv Oblast with cluster munitions. An elderly woman was injured, said governor Oleg Synegubov. The cemetery was shelled at 7:50 am. The injured 70-year-old woman was taken to a medical facility.
