European Union ambassadors have agreed on a complete ban on the broadcasting of four Russian propaganda media outlets, Radio Liberty correspondent Rikard Jozwiak reports. The restrictions apply to the Voice of Europe, "RIA Novosti, Izvestia, and Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
