President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on the imposition of NSDC sanctions against Petro Poroshenko. The sanctions could be lifted if the siphoned funds are returned to the budget, he said during a visit to the Khmelnytskyi Nuclear Power Plant, Suspilne reports.
