Russian forces attacked Dnipro and Kharkiv with drones. 14 people aged 18 to 87 were injured in Dnipro, with half of them hospitalized, and two people were injured in Kharkiv, as reported by Dnipropetrovsk Oblast governor Serhiy Lysak and the mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov.
