A Russian missile directly hit a warehouse in Dnipro that was leased by the UN Refugee Agency, UNHCR. This attack destroyed about 900 pallets of basic aid items and shelter materials, worth over $1 million that UNHCR was to distribute among the displaced and war-affected.
