US Special Representative Keith Kellogg will arrive in Ukraine on February 20. During the visit, he will meet with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi, Zelenskyy told reporters during a video conference.
