On the afternoon of May 15, Russian occupation forces attacked the central district of Kherson from the air. As of 4 p.m., 11 victims were reported. The youngest is 15 years old, and the oldest is 88, said Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
