Dozens of Nobel laureates have signed an open letter to world leaders, urging a 'dramatic' increase in aid to Ukraine and calling for the re-election of Vladimir Putin as president of Russia not to be recognized. A total of 39 Nobel laureates from various fields signed the appeal.
