The maritime guard in Odesa Oblast detained the vessel in July 2024. Border guards detected violations of navigation in the waters under temporary occupation. The Dniprovskyi District Court of Kyiv ruled to transfer the vessel to the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA).
