Russian occupation forces attacked the port infrastructure of Chornomorsk in the Odesa region. One civilian was killed and seven others were wounded, according to Dmytro Pletenchuk, the spokesperson for the Ukrainian Navy, and Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
