Russian military blew up the pipes of the Siverskyi Donets-Donbas canal near Chasiv Yar in Donetsk Oblast to accelerate the offensive on the city, Dmytro Zaporozhets, the spokesman for the Luhansk operational-tactical troop grouping said on national TV.
