In the morning of October 29, Russian occupation forces shelled the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson, said Roman Mrochko, head of the Kherson City Military Administration. The shelling killed a 62-year-old man and a 66-year-old woman. Eight more Kherson civilians were wounded.
