Ukraine's Ambassador to the United States Oksana Markarova met with Keith Kellogg, who was appointed by US President Donald Trump as his special envoy for Ukraine and Russia, she wrote on Facebook. This is the first meeting between Markarova and Kellogg in his official capacity.
