Ukrainian forces appear to be present in areas up to 35 kilometers into Russia's Kursk Oblast from the international border with Sumy Oblast, reports the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), citing geolocation footage and statements by Russian 'milbloggers.' However, Ukrainian troops do not control the entire area.
