Secret clause in Russia-DPRK deal allows North Korean troops for Ukraine war

The text of the agreement on cooperation between Russia and the DPRK, which the parties signed in June this year, contained a secret clause about the possible sending of North Korean soldiers to the war against Ukraine, the Wall Street Journal writes.
