Russian troops are making several attempts every day to cross the Dnipro River in southern Ukraine to reach the islands and the right bank of Kherson Oblast in an effort to seize a new foothold, according to Vladyslav Voloshyn, spokesman for the Southern Defense Forces, on national TV.
