Russian troops launched a missile attack on Kryvyi Rih. One of the victims, who was in serious condition, was killed, according to Oleksandr Vilkul, head of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council, and Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipro Regional Military Administration.
