US Special Representative for Russia and Ukraine Keith Kellogg has already arrived in Kyiv, Suspilne reports. He was met by the US Ambassador to Ukraine, Bridget Brink. Commenting on his visit to Kyiv, the envoy said that "this is a chance to have good potential negotiations."
