The Kremlin rejected President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's proposal to exchange part of Russia's Kursk Oblast, currently under the control of Ukrainian defense forces, for the occupied territories of Ukraine, according to Dmitry Peskov, spokesman for Vladimir Putin, as reported by the TASS state propaganda agency.
