On Monday, leading diplomats from Seoul and Kyiv held telephone talks to discuss the repatriation of North Korean prisoners of war. South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yul discussed the transfer of two North Korean servicemen with his Ukrainian counterpart Andrii Sybiha.
