In Kharkiv, 144 multi-storey buildings and 22 private houses were damaged in November as a result of shelling by the occupiers. This was reported by the city mayor Ihor Terekhov. In total, since the beginning of the large-scale war in Kharkiv, there have been 4,414 damaged buildings.
