The leader of the Crimean Tatar people, Mustafa Dzhemilev, responded to rumors about Trump's peace plan, stating, "Ukraine will never, under any circumstances, recognize Crimea as Russian territory. This contradicts the Constitution, and in general, it would be a criminal offense to recognize it."
