On the morning of July 27, Russian occupying forces allegedly attacked Kharkiv using S-300 missiles. Two strikes were recorded, according to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov. Notably, around 4:25 a.m., Russian troops hit the city's Industrialnyi District. No casualties were reported.
