The Russian Ministry of Defense portal reported that Adam Delimkhanov, a member of the State Duma and the 'right-hand man' of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, was wounded. Ukrainian blogger and special forces officer Kirill Sazonov claimed that Delimkhanov had been killed by Ukrainian military forces.
