Mariupol Mayor Vadym Boychenko says the city is “on the verge of a humanitarian catastrophe”. I can no longer get through to anyone there. Mariupol is on the list for a requested humanitarian ceasefire/corridor, the need for which was agreed at Ukraine-Russia talks yesterday.
