It’s 2 years since I got my first sleeper train, from Kyiv to Donbas. I arrived in Ukraine on Jan 6 amid tensions with Russia, headed to the front & then to Mariupol. Russia invaded, changing the country forever, & the trains have become vital for journalists, military, refugees.
