Official: Russian occupiers kidnap mayor in Kherson Oblast. Svitlana Korotun, mayor of the Verkhny Rohachyk community, was kidnapped from her home on Aug. 16 and taken away in an unknown direction, according to Yury Sobolevsky, a deputy speaker of the regional legislature.
