On July 28, Russian forces once again shelled Bakhmut in Donetsk Oblast using cluster munitions. At least three people were killed and three others were wounded, according to regional governor Pavlo Kyrylenko and the State Emergency Service. Six apartment buildings and six private homes were damaged.
