The National Security and Defense Council imposed personal sanctions on 10 leaders of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate). Among them are former MP and deacon Vadym Novynskyi, as well as the abbot of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, Bishop Pavlo (Lebid), according to the presidential decree.
