The Arbitration Tribunal at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague has ordered Russia to pay $5 billion to Naftogaz as compensation for damages caused by the seizure of Naftogaz Group assets in Crimea in 2014, reported the press service of the state oil and gas company.
