In the evening of July 28, Russian occupying forces opened fire once again on the city of Mykolaiv. Several explosions rang out in the city: the occupiers hit the detached housing district, announced the mayor of Mykolaiv, Oleksandr Senkevych and regional governor Vitaliy Kim.
