Donetsk Oblast Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko said more than 5,575 civilians have been evacuated from the oblast. He noted that three-quarters of the population in Ukrainian-controlled areas of the oblast have been evacuated, and that mandatory evacuation is ongoing.
