President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Oleh Apostol, commander of the 95th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade, as deputy commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Apostol is an experienced commander who has proven his effectiveness in combat, Zelenskyy commented.
