Explosions reported in Kyiv. Explosions occurred in Ukraine’s capital at around 9:40 p.m. local time on July 18, according to Kyiv Independent journalists on the ground. Air defense systems have been engaged in the city, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported.
