The EU is ready to provide the core part of the total financial assistance for Ukraine's recovery following Russia's invasion. This amount could exceed €500 billion, Bloomberg reports, citing EU officials. Ukraine plans to present a 2,000-page recovery plan in Lugano on July 4-5.
