Mayor: Russian forces shell Kharkiv. Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terehov reported four Russians attacks on the city that took place at around 4:28 a.m local time. Shelling hit a residential building’s courtyard in central Kharkiv, however, no casualties have been reported at this time.
