Ministry of Internal Affairs: More than 3,000 people have been evacuated from Irpin and Vorzel, towns where occupying forces are present. Among those rescued are several hundred children, the elderly, and people with serious illnesses. Around 100 buses and ambulances were involved in the evacuation.
